Pork Loin with Suluguni Cheese
Ingredients
- Pork tenderloin - 10.6 oz
- Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
- Dijon Mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Tomatoes - 1.2 oz
- Pesto - 1 teaspoon
- Suluguni Cheese - 1.8 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Butter - 0.4 oz
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Mixed Ground Peppers - to taste
- Chili jam - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat two types of oil in a skillet over high heat.
Step 2
Place the pork loin in the skillet. Sear for 3–4 minutes.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Slice the tomato and season with salt.
Step 5
Flip the pork loin and reduce the heat to medium.
Step 6
Mix the mustard with mayonnaise and spread the resulting sauce over the meat.
Step 7
Top with slices of tomato.
Step 8
Spread pesto sauce on top.
Step 9
Layer thin slices of suluguni cheese on top.
Step 10
Cover with a lid and simmer for another 7–10 minutes over low heat.
Step 11
Drizzle with chili sauce and serve.
