  • Pork Neck - 2 lbs
  • Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Balsamic Vinegar - 1½ tablespoons
  • Garlic - 4 cloves

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the meat into portion-sized pieces (about 1½ cm thick).

Step 2

Slice the garlic into thin slices.

Step 3

Mix the oil with the vinegar. Place the meat in a pot or container, sprinkle with garlic and thyme leaves, drizzle with the oil and vinegar mixture, mix well, cover, and let sit for a few hours.

Step 4

Grill, sprinkling with red and black pepper and salt, until cooked through.
