Ingredients

  • Pork Neck - 21.2 oz
  • Rice - 8.8 oz
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Carrot - 3.5 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pilaf Spices - 2 teaspoons
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Bay leaf - 2 pieces
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Pour 50 ml of vegetable oil into the skillet.

Wash the meat thoroughly under running water, pat it dry, cut it into large cubes, place it in the skillet, and put it on the heat.
