Ingredients
- Pork Neck - 21.2 oz
- Rice - 8.8 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Carrot - 3.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Pilaf Spices - 2 teaspoons
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Pour 50 ml of vegetable oil into the skillet.
Step 3
Wash the meat thoroughly under running water, pat it dry, cut it into large cubes, place it in the skillet, and put it on the heat.
Step 4
Sauté the meat over medium heat until browned on all sides.
Step 5
Peel the onion, wash it well under running water, cut it into strips or cubes, add it to the skillet with the meat, and season with salt to taste.

Peel the carrot, wash it well, cut it into large strips, and add it to the skillet with the meat and onion. Sauté over medium heat until the vegetables are golden.

Rinse the rice well, cover it with water, and set it aside.

Add 2 teaspoons of pilaf seasoning to the skillet with the sautéed meat and vegetables.

Add about 2 cups of clean water to the skillet with the meat and vegetables.
