- Bulgur - 7.1 oz
- Pork Neck - 2 lbs
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Carrot - 5.3 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces

Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Pour 50 ml of vegetable oil into the frying pan.
Step 3
Wash the meat well under running water, pat it dry, cut it into portion-sized pieces, place it in the frying pan, and put the pan on the heat.
Step 4
Fry the meat over medium heat with the lid off on both sides until golden brown, stirring occasionally.

Peel the onion, wash it well under running water, cut it into strips, and add it to the pan with the meat.

Peel the carrot, wash it well, pat it dry, cut it into strips, and add it to the pan with the meat and onion.

Transfer the meat and vegetables to a baking dish.

Peel the garlic, crush it with a press or chop it finely, and add it to the baking dish with the meat and vegetables. Add 2 bay leaves.
