- Ground Black Pepper - 1.4 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Honey - 2.8 oz
- Mustard Greens - 2.8 oz
- Soy Sauce - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Make the glaze. Mix honey with mustard and soy sauce.
Step 2
Shape the meat with twine. Season with salt.
Step 3
Crush the black pepper and coat the meat with it. Bake in a preheated oven at 320°F for 1 to 1.5 hours.
Step 4
Remove the meat, generously cover it with the glaze, and place it in the oven at 356°F for 10 to 15 minutes.
