Ingredients
- Pork Blood - 20 oz
- Fingerling Potatoes - 25 oz
- Olive Oil - to taste
- Onion - 5 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 5 oz
- Garlic - 0 oz
- Tomatoes - 10 oz
- Svan Salt - 0 oz
- Utskho Suneli - 2 teaspoons
- Satsivi - 5 oz
- Cilantro - 2 sprigs
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté the sliced onion until golden brown.
Step 2
Then add chopped garlic and sliced bell pepper.
Step 3
Cut the pork into cubes.
Step 4
Add to the skillet and fry for 5–7 minutes until golden brown.
Step 5
Peel the potatoes.
Step 6
Add the halved potatoes to the skillet and continue frying until they are tender.
Step 7
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into large pieces.
Step 8
30 seconds before finishing, add the tomatoes, Svan salt, and satsivi sauce.
Step 9
Serve the ozhakhuri on plates.
Step 10
Garnish with fresh cilantro.
