Description
For this recipe, we used puff pastry of the brand 'Morozko', yeast-free, half a sheet. For the tomato sauce: tomato paste, ketchup. Here’s a recipe for tomato sauce: blend ripe tomatoes, sweet peppers, and herbs you like (for example, basil) in a blender. Attention! Temperature and time should be adjusted individually for each oven.
Ingredients
- Puff Pastry - ½ piece
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1.8 oz
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Leek - 1.8 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Pork Mince - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Roll out the pastry, place it on foil, and spread with sauce.
Step 2
Thinly slice the leek (about 1/3 of the stalk). Sauté in butter for 2–3 minutes. Place the leek on the pastry.
Step 3
Grind the pork into minced meat, sauté in olive oil for 3–4 minutes, and place it on the pastry.
Step 4
Beat the egg with salt and pepper. Pour it over the pie.
Step 5
Bake in an air fryer at 392°F for 20 minutes on the middle rack.
