  • Paprika - 0.1 oz
  • Dried Chamomile - 0.1 oz
  • Coarse Salt - 0.2 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 6 fl oz
  • Dry adjika - ½ teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the ribs into pieces and rub with adjika.

Step 2

Slice the onion into half-rings, mix with spices and vegetable oil.

Step 3

Combine everything with the meat and marinate for 12 hours.

Step 4
