Pork Ribs with Jack Daniel's Sauce
Ingredients
- Pork Skewers - 2 lbs
- Unsweetened cherry juice - 1 qt
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Green peppercorns - 3 pieces
- Brown Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Jack Daniel's Sauce - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash and dry the ribs.
Step 2
Place the ribs in a pot, cover with cherry juice, add bay leaves and peppercorns. The ribs should be completely covered with juice.
Step 3
Cook over medium heat for 1 hour.
Step 4
Transfer the ribs to a baking dish, coat them on all sides with Jack Daniel's sauce. Sprinkle brown sugar on top. Optionally, you can add some sesame seeds for garnish.
Step 5
Bake at 356°F for 15 minutes. Enjoy your meal :)
