Ingredients
- Pork Skewers - 4 lbs
- Butter - 2.1 oz
- Brown Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Cayenne Pepper - ¼ spoons
- Smoked salt - 2 spoons
- Ground Cumin - 2 spoons
- Ground Dried Garlic - 2 spoons
- Dijon Mustard - ½ spoons
- Salt - 1 tablespoon
- Parsley - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 392°F.
Step 2
Mix together salt, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, and mustard powder.
Step 3
Rub the ribs all over with the spice mixture.
Step 4
Line a baking sheet with two layers of foil and place the ribs on it with the meat side facing up.
Step 5
Melt the butter.
Step 6
Mix the melted butter with sugar, honey, and cayenne pepper.
Step 7
Drizzle the ribs with the oil sauce, reserving a quarter of the sauce for later. Rub the sauce onto the meat with your hands.
Step 8
Cover with foil and seal the edges. Place the baking tray in the oven for 1.5 hours.
Step 9
After 1.5 hours, remove the foil cover, brush the ribs with the remaining sauce, and return them to the oven for another 10–15 minutes, until the meat is browned.
Step 10
Slice the cooked ribs and serve, garnished with chopped parsley.
