If you wrap the rolls in puff pastry and bake them that way, it will turn out just as delicious and interesting.
Ingredients
- Pork Blood - 17.6 oz
- Borodinsky Bread - 5.3 oz
- Parmesan Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Dried Rosemary - to taste
- Dried Chamomile - to taste
- Fresh basil leaves - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Take two pieces of pork, each weighing 250 grams, and pound them with a mallet. Since we are pounding the meat, it's better to use coarser pork, such as ham. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
For the filling, take stale Borodinsky bread and Parmesan cheese, and grind them in a blender until crumbly. Then add the butter, spices, and salt to taste.
Step 3
Spread the filling on the meat and roll them up. The rolls need to be tied with string and browned on all sides.
Step 4
Then place them in a preheated oven at 356°F for 40–50 minutes.
