Description

This recipe uses pork loin, but you can also use neck or another dense cut. The main thing is that it can be cut in such a way, into a large piece. The vegetables can be any, but it is especially delicious with green beans or peas. They can be frozen; it doesn't matter. It's better to take a small carrot, as it is sweeter and you won't need much. You can replace the cheese with sulguni, but remember that it is quite salty, so adjust the amount of salt inside the roll accordingly. It can be served with any sauce and vegetable side dish.

Ingredients

  • Pork Blood - 2 lbs
  • Adyghe cheese - 3.5 oz
  • Chinese green beans - 3.5 oz
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Grill Meat Spice Blend - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 2 teaspoons
  • Water - 3 fl oz

Wash and dry the meat.

Prepare the vegetables and cheese.

Cut the meat lengthwise, as if rolling it into a roll.
