Description
This recipe uses pork loin, but you can also use neck or another dense cut. The main thing is that it can be cut in such a way, into a large piece. The vegetables can be any, but it is especially delicious with green beans or peas. They can be frozen; it doesn't matter. It's better to take a small carrot, as it is sweeter and you won't need much. You can replace the cheese with sulguni, but remember that it is quite salty, so adjust the amount of salt inside the roll accordingly. It can be served with any sauce and vegetable side dish.
Ingredients
- Pork Blood - 2 lbs
- Adyghe cheese - 3.5 oz
- Chinese green beans - 3.5 oz
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Grill Meat Spice Blend - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 2 teaspoons
- Water - 3 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash and dry the meat.
Step 2
Prepare the vegetables and cheese.
Step 3
Cut the meat lengthwise, as if rolling it into a roll.
Step 4
You will get a large piece.
Step 5
Make shallow cuts on the resulting piece on both sides.

Add 1 teaspoon of spices, spreading it evenly over the entire surface.

Add 1 teaspoon of salt, also spreading it over the entire surface.

Evenly lay the green beans on top.

Peel the carrot and cut it into long strips.

Place it on the green beans.

Cut the cheese into strips as well.

And lay it on top of the vegetables.

Roll the roll tightly and carefully.

Everything should be evenly distributed.

Press the roll down on top.
