Pork Rolls Stuffed with Mushrooms and Pear
Ingredients
- Pork Neck - 17.6 oz
- Morels - 10.6 oz
- Cheese Spread - 5.3 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Red Grape Juice - ½ cup
- Pear - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into elongated slices, pound, season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Slice the onion into half rings, the mushrooms into slices, and the pear into small pieces.
Step 3
Cut the cheese into strips measuring 0.5 x 0.5 cm.
Step 4
Sauté the onion in butter until translucent, then add the mushrooms and simmer for 10 minutes. Let cool, add the pear, and mix well.
Step 5
Place a bit of filling and a slice of cheese on a piece of meat, roll it up, and tie with string or secure with toothpicks (I prefer tying).
Step 6
Place on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 15 minutes. Then pour wine over each roll and return to the oven until fully cooked. Enjoy your meal!
