Ingredients
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Pork Blood - 10.6 oz
- Pickles - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the pork into portion-sized pieces and pound them well. Cut the cheese (semi-hard, fatty) into strips, and also cut the pickles into strips.
Step 2
Season the meat with salt and pepper, and generously place strips of cheese and pickles on top. Roll it up and bake on a rack in an air fryer for 20 minutes at 356°F, and then for an additional 5–7 minutes at 392°F.
