  • Edam Cheese - 2.8 oz
  • Parsley - 4 bunches

  • Honey - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the pork into 4 equal pieces and pound them on both sides with a meat mallet. Season the inside with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2

Cut the cheese into sticks, separate the parsley leaves, and cut half of the peach into 4 pieces.

Step 3

Place cheese, parsley, and peach inside the pounded pork and roll it up.

Step 4

Spread honey over the meat and sprinkle a little ground pepper on top.

Step 5

Place in a preheated oven at 356°F (356 degrees Fahrenheit) for 20 minutes. After that, bake for an additional 5 minutes at 392°F (392 degrees Fahrenheit).
