  • Salt - to taste
  • Herbs - 3.5 oz
  • Pickled Chanterelles - 5.3 oz
  • Prunes - 2.1 oz
  • Hard Cheese - 3.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the meat into small pieces and sauté in butter. Add sour cream, salt, and minced garlic. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater.

Rinse the pickled mushrooms and chop them.

Step 4

Cut the prunes into strips.
