Ingredients

  • Pork Blood - 8.8 oz
  • Semi-Smoked Sausage - 5.3 oz
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
  • Fennel - 2 pieces
  • Green Butter - 5.3 oz
  • Olive Oil - 5 tablespoons
  • Mustard Greens - 1 tablespoon
  • Passata Tomato Sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the pork into strips and sauté in olive oil with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Cut the sausages into small cubes.

Step 3

Roast the sweet peppers in the oven or microwave, peel off the skin, and cut into strips.

Step 4

Wash and dry the lettuce leaves.

Step 5

Combine the meat, sausage, pepper, and lettuce leaves. Dress with the sauce. To make the sauce, whisk together olive oil, mustard, tomato paste, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
