Pork Shashlik in Mustard and Mayonnaise
Ingredients
- Mustard Greens - 2 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise - 4 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
- Pork Neck - 4 lbs
- Onion - 5 pieces
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Salt - a pinch
- Khmeli-suneli - a pinch
- Bay leaf - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the pork neck into small pieces and layer them in an enameled container where our future shashlik will marinate.
Step 2
Each layer of meat should be well seasoned with black pepper, spices (khmeli-suneli), add mustard, bay leaf, mayonnaise, and sprinkle with a layer of sliced onions, as well as pour in the juice of 1 lemon.
Step 3
Leave it in this state for one hour, then mix and place in a cool place for 5–6 hours.
Step 4
Before lighting the fire, the meat should be salted. That's it. Cook over the coals for 15 minutes.
