Pork shashlik prepared with mineral water.

Ingredients

  • Pork Neck - 5 lbs
  • Onion - 4 heads
  • Sparkling water - 10 fl oz
  • Salt - 2 spoons
  • Ground Black Pepper - 1 tablespoon
  • Nutmeg - to taste
  • Georgian herb blend - to taste

Cut the neck into small pieces of about 4–5 cm, so that it absorbs the marinade well.

Slice the onion into half-moons and gently squeeze it with your hands.
