Ingredients
- Pork tenderloin - 17.6 oz
- Cointreau - 4 tablespoons
- Apricot Jam - 10.6 oz
- Butter - 4 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, mix the apricot jam, liqueur, and butter. Place over low heat and stir until the mixture is smooth. Pour 0.75 cup of the marinade into a bag and add the meat cut into small pieces. Seal tightly and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Preheat the grill or barbecue. Thread several pieces of meat onto skewers.
Step 3
Place the skewers on the grill and cook, turning and basting with the marinade, for about 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
Step 4
Serve with the warmed remaining sauce.
