- Brown Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Red Long Chili Peppers - 0.1 teaspoons
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Plums - 4 pieces
- Fruit Jelly - 3 tablespoons

Mix chili, cumin, sugar, pepper, and salt, and coat the cut pork pieces. Cut the plums into four parts and thread them onto skewers alternately with the meat. Place on a grill pan.
Step 2
Place the pan on the grill close to the fire. Sear the meat on both sides, then brush with jelly and cook for 20 seconds on each side.
