Ingredients
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour - 3 tablespoons
- Pork tenderloin - 17.6 oz
- Coarse Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Onion - 1 head
- Water - 17 fl oz
- Chicken Broth - 17 fl oz
- Dijon Mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Salad Potatoes - 8.8 oz
- White Cabbage - 8.8 oz
- Green Apples - 2 pieces
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat.
Step 2
Cut the meat into small cubes and mix in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of flour, 0.5 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper. Place in the skillet and sauté for 6 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
Step 3
Reduce the heat and add the remaining oil. Sauté the finely chopped onion until soft for 3 minutes. Then stir in the remaining flour.
Step 4
Add the broth, water, mustard, finely shredded cabbage (500 ml), diced potatoes, and a bit of salt to the skillet. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes. Add the apples, cut into small wedges, cover, and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Step 5
Then stir in the meat and parsley. Cook for a couple more minutes and serve immediately.
