Description
Pork stew with oyster mushrooms
Ingredients
- Pork Blood - 14.1 oz
- Oyster Mushrooms - 3.5 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Peanut Sprouts - 2.5 oz
- Yakiniku sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce - 3 fl oz
- Buckwheat Groats - 3.5 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat a deep skillet (I use a wok), pour in the oil, chop the onion into cubes or small strips, add it to fry, rinse the bean sprouts and add them to the onion.
Step 2
Cut the oyster mushrooms into small pieces, when the onion is golden brown, add the mushrooms, sautéing and stirring for about 5–10 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the pork (I used tenderloin) into small pieces and add it to the skillet, sautéing and stirring for about 5–10 minutes.
Step 4
Add the soy and teriyaki sauces, mix well, reduce the heat to medium, cover with a lid, and simmer for at least 30 minutes (until the meat is tender), preferably stirring occasionally.
Step 5
While the meat is simmering, you can cook the buckwheat.
Step 6
When everything is ready, serve the buckwheat topped with the meat and sauce.
