Ingredients
- Pork Blood - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 3 heads
- Carrot - 2 pieces
- Potato - 2 lbs
- Pickles - 3 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 5 tablespoons
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Water - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat two tablespoons of vegetable oil in a cast-iron pot.
Step 2
Cut the pork into cubes and place it in the hot oil. Fry until partially cooked.
Step 3
Meanwhile, peel the potatoes, cut them into sticks, and fry them in a saucepan with the remaining oil.
Step 4
Finely chop the onion, grate the carrot, and add them to the meat. After a few minutes, add the finely chopped garlic, pickles, and tomato paste. Simmer until cooked; you can add water if desired.
Step 5
To the cooked meat, add the fried potatoes, black pepper, and a little water. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 6
When everything is ready, add the finely chopped herbs.
