- Sweet Pepper - 2 pieces
- Pork Blood - 14.1 oz
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 2 spoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Sesame bun - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the pork into cubes. Heat oil in a large skillet and sauté the pork, stirring occasionally, for about 7 minutes.
Step 2
Dice the bell pepper and sauté it with the meat for another 10 minutes.
Step 3
Make an 'X' cut on the tomatoes, plunge them into boiling water for 30 seconds, then remove with a slotted spoon and rinse under cold water. Peel off the skin and cut the tomatoes into small wedges. Add the tomatoes to the meat with the peppers, season with salt and pepper, stir, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Slice the green onions into thin rings, slightly on the diagonal.
Step 5
Arrange the finished dish on plates and sprinkle with onion and sesame seeds.
