Pork Stew with Vegetables
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 12.3 oz
- Pork Blood - 21.2 oz
- Spanish onions - 4 heads
- Baking Tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers - 4 pieces
- Garlic - 5 cloves
- Celery stalk - 1 piece
- Chicken Broth - 10.6 oz
- Herbs - 3.5 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Dried Barberry - 1.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the pork into small pieces.
Step 2
Heat a pot and pour in the olive oil.
Step 3
Add the pork to the pot and start frying over high heat.
Step 4
After 10 minutes, add the chopped onions and the peeled tomatoes (to make the skin come off easily, pour boiling water over them or place them in boiling water for 5-7 minutes).
Step 5
Then slice the bell peppers into rings and add them to the pot. Stir everything with a spoon.
Step 6
In a frying pan, fry the potatoes cut into large wedges until golden brown.
Step 7
The meat should simmer in the pot for about 20 minutes, after which add the fried potatoes, chopped celery, and dried barberry. Season with salt and pepper. Pour in the meat broth, cover the pot with a lid, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 8
After that, serve the prepared dish on a plate and sprinkle with herbs.
