Description
Pork stir-fry with mushrooms and vegetables
Ingredients
- Pork Blood - 17.6 oz
- Champignons - 6 pieces
- Sweet Pepper - 1 piece
- Carrot - 2 pieces
- Onion - ½ heads
- Vegetable Oil - 2 spoons
- Soy Sauce - 2 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Herbs - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the marinade, mix lemon juice and soy sauce.
Step 2
Then, cut all the ingredients into uniform pieces that are convenient for you.
Step 3
In a hot skillet over high heat, quickly sauté the prepared meat in vegetable oil for a couple of minutes. Add the meat to the skillet in batches, allowing it to sear and form a golden crust instead of stewing in its juices. Similarly, cook the vegetables in batches, keeping them crispy and juicy inside while preserving their vibrant color.
Step 4
In the last portion of sautéed vegetables, squeeze in a few cloves of garlic using a press, and add chopped parsley or cilantro. Stir quickly, then add all the sautéed vegetables and the meat, pour in the sauce, and mix – everything will become very beautiful and shiny. Let the dish cook on the heat for a minute, then remove it from the stove.
