Ingredients
- Pork tenderloin - 2 lbs
- Onion - 1 head
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil - 2 fl oz
- Mixed Ground Peppers - 1 teaspoon
- Parsley - to taste
- Salt - to taste

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

To the skillet with the meat, add 1 teaspoon of mixed ground pepper, pour in 50–75 ml of water. Cover the skillet with a lid and simmer for about 30–40 minutes over low heat until the meat is cooked through. Serve hot or warm. Optionally, add parsley when serving.

Wash the meat thoroughly under running water, pat dry, and cut into portion-sized pieces.

Pour 75 ml of vegetable oil into the skillet.

Place the cut meat into the skillet.

Put the skillet with the meat over heat. Fry the meat over medium heat with the lid off on both sides until golden brown, stirring occasionally.

Peel the onion and carrot, wash them well under running water, and cut into strips.

Add the prepared carrot to the skillet with the meat and onion and sauté for a bit, stirring occasionally.
