- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Habanero Pepper - 1 piece
- Coarse Salt - 0.1 oz
- Dried Chamomile - 0.2 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - 0 oz
- Ground coriander - 0.1 oz
- Ground Cumin - 0 oz
- Pork tenderloin - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide

Remove the seeds and membranes from the jalapeño pepper and finely chop it.
Step 2
Preheat the grill.
Step 3
In a blender, combine the oil, minced garlic, jalapeño pepper, thyme, salt, coriander, black pepper, and cumin. Blend until smooth.
