Ingredients
- Pork Blood - 17.6 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 21.2 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Potato - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Khmeli-suneli - 0.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the pork into strips and fry until white.
Step 2
Slice the onion, bell pepper, tomato, and potatoes into rings.
Step 3
Place the meat in a deep baking dish, then layer the potatoes, onion, bell pepper, and tomato on top (canned salad can be used).
Step 4
Add khmeli-suneli.
Step 5
Pour mayonnaise on top and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 6
