Ingredients
- Pork Blood - 2 lbs
- Salad Potatoes - 2 lbs
- Fresh Mushrooms - 7.1 oz
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Milk - 7 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 3 tablespoons
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the pork, dry it, cut into two pieces per serving, and pound them.
Step 2
Then season with salt and pepper and fry in heated oil on both sides until partially cooked.
Step 3
Peel, wash, and slice the potatoes and onions, and fry them separately in heated oil.
Step 4
Clean, wash, slice the mushrooms, and also fry them in oil.
Step 5
Place the meat in a skillet, arrange the fried potato slices and fried mushrooms around it.
Step 6
Pour the mixture of milk, flour, and grated cheese over the top, lay the onion rings on top, and bake in the oven at 356°F for about an hour until the potatoes are cooked.
Step 7
Serve hot, sprinkled with finely chopped parsley or dill.
