Ingredients
- Pork Blood - 26.5 oz
- Paprika - ½ spoons
- Dried Rosemary - ¼ spoons
- Ground coriander - ¼ spoons
- Chili Flakes - ½ spoons
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Carrot - 17.6 oz
- Butter - 2.1 oz
- Honey - 2.8 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Sesame bun - 0.4 oz
- Lemon - ½ pieces
- Scallions - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Trim and pat the pork dry.
Step 2
Cut the garlic cloves in half and insert them into the meat.
Step 3
Combine paprika, rosemary, coriander, chili flakes, garlic, salt, black pepper, and olive oil.

Coat the pork with the mixture.
Step 5
Wrap the meat in plastic wrap and let it marinate for an hour.
Step 6
Remove the film from the pork, wrap it in foil, and place it in the oven for 1.5 hours at 356°F.

Wash and peel the carrot if necessary. If the carrot is large, cut it in half or quarters lengthwise. Grate 30 grams of softened butter with salt and ground black pepper.

Bake the carrots on parchment paper for 10 minutes at 356°F.

Melt the remaining butter and honey in a skillet.

Sauté the carrots over high heat until golden brown.

Slice the cooked pork. Serve the pork with carrots, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
