Ingredients
- Pork Blood - 2 lbs
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Cheese Spread - 10.6 oz
- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Onion - 1 head
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the pork and dry it with a paper towel.
Step 2
Cut into evenly sized steaks (1–1.5 cm wide).
Step 3
Tenderize the meat well on both sides.
Step 4
Slice the onion into half-rings.
Step 5
Fry in a pan until golden brown.
Step 6
Line a baking sheet with foil and grease it with vegetable oil.
Step 7
Place the meat on the baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Spread the fried onion over each piece of meat.
Step 9
Drizzle with mayonnaise on top.

Slice the tomatoes into thin rounds and place them on top. Preheat the oven to 392°F and bake for 40 minutes.

Meanwhile, grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

5 minutes before the meat is done, remove it from the oven and sprinkle the cheese on top. Return to the oven until the cheese melts.
