- Vegetable Oil - 1 teaspoon
- Ketchup - ¼ cup
- Soy Sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Kung Pao Sauce - ¼ cup
- Ginger-Garlic Paste - ½ teaspoon
- Mild Chili Spice - ¼ teaspoon
- Pork tenderloin - 17.6 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - ¼ teaspoon
- Black sesame seeds - 2 teaspoons
- Courgette - 7.1 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 7.1 oz
- Scallions - 3.5 oz
- Grated Ginger Root - 1 tablespoon
- Toasted Cumin Seeds - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a wok, heat the canola oil over high heat.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix together the hoisin sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, and garlic paste.
Step 3
Add the cut pork to the wok, season with salt and pepper. Sauté for about 3 minutes on each side until cooked through. Transfer to a plate.

In the wok, add the sesame oil, sliced zucchini, diced bell pepper, and ginger. Sauté for 4 minutes until the pepper is tender.
Step 5
Add the green onions and the pork back to the wok.
Step 6
Then pour in the hoisin sauce mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Mix well and serve.
