Ingredients

  • Pork Blood - 26.5 oz
  • Soy Sauce - 5 teaspoons
  • Garlic - 10 cloves
  • Passata Tomato Sauce - 8.8 oz
  • Cheese Spread - 5.3 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Herbs - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Remove the meat from the bone, cut it into portion-sized pieces, tenderize, and season with salt and spices on both sides (spices to taste).

Step 2

Place the meat in a pot, brush each piece with soy sauce and tomato paste, and let it sit for 10-15 minutes.

Step 3

Preheat the oven, place the meat on a baking sheet greased with sunflower oil. While the meat is cooking in the oven (30–40 minutes), slice the garlic and grate the cheese finely.

Step 4

Once the meat is browned, place slices of garlic on top and leave it for another 10 minutes. Then, turn off the oven and sprinkle the meat with cheese. Garnish the finished meat with fresh herbs.
