Ingredients
- Pork Blood - 17.6 oz
- Soy Sauce - 4 spoons
- Ginger-mango sauce - 2 spoons
- Sweet Chili Sauce - 3 spoons
- Brown Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Mild Chili Spice - ¼ spoons
- Red Curry Powder - ½ spoons
- Onion - 1 head
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil - 3 spoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the onion into thin half-rings and cut the bell pepper into medium strips. Cut the meat into thin strips.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, ginger syrup, chili sauce, sugar, chili powder, and curry.
Step 3
In a wok, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over high heat and sauté the onion and green pepper for 2-3 minutes until golden. Transfer to a plate.
Step 4
Return the wok to high heat and add the remaining oil. Sauté the meat until golden brown for 2-3 minutes. Then add the minced garlic and sauté for another 30 seconds.
Step 5
Add the onion and pepper, then pour in the sauce. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring, over high heat.
