- Pickled Eggplant with Peppers - 4 pieces

- Mixed salad greens - 1.8 oz
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Ginger - 0.4 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Lemon - ½ pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
- Yakiniku sauce - 1 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Marinate a piece of pork tenderloin in teriyaki sauce for ten minutes. Then, sear it in vegetable oil until golden brown and transfer it to an oven preheated to 356°F for fifteen to twenty minutes.
Step 2
Combine olive oil with finely chopped garlic, grated ginger, honey, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Boil the quail eggs, peel them, and cut them in half.
Step 4
Slice the pork into thin pieces and cut the peppers in half. Toss the salad leaves with the dressing, then layer the eggs, pork, and peppers on top, and sprinkle with coarsely chopped green onions.
