Description
If the sauce is too thick, you can divide it into two parts, dilute one part with water, and pour it over the pork for baking. Use the remaining sauce to drizzle over the finished dish. You can skip baking altogether, but the meat is more tender and soft when cooked in the oven.

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the pork into portion-sized pieces, fry in vegetable oil for 5–7 minutes on each side, season with salt and pepper, and let it rest.
Step 2
For the sauce, peel and finely chop or mash the kiwis with a fork.
Step 3
Sauté the chopped onion, add the orange juice, sugar, wine, and reduce the liquid volume by one third.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper, add the kiwi, and simmer for another 5–10 minutes.
Step 5
Dissolve the starch in water and prepare the meat broth.
Step 6
Gradually pour the starch mixture into the broth while stirring continuously.
Step 7
Combine the sauce with the broth, pour it over the pork, and bake in the oven at 356°F until the liquid volume is reduced by another third (about 40 minutes).

Serve garnished with a sprig of parsley.
