Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles - 17.6 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Pork Blood - 21.2 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Mulled Wine - 3 fl oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Chicken Broth - 5 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and garlic. Slice the champignon mushrooms. Cut the pork into flat slices (about 2x2 cm) and lightly pound. Dredge in flour. In heated oil, fry the meat on all sides.
Step 2
Remove from the pan, season with salt and pepper. In the same pan, sauté the onion and garlic, add the mushrooms and fry for 5 minutes. Pour in the wine, let it simmer a bit, then add the broth. Place the meat back in the pan, cover with a lid, and simmer for 10 minutes, turning the meat after 5 minutes. Season the sauce with salt and ground pepper.
