  • Sugar - 4.4 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - to taste
  • Minced garlic - 6 cloves
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Tenderize the pork, rub it with salt, pepper, and garlic.

Step 2

Slice the mushrooms, wrap them in the pork to form a roll, and secure with a toothpick.

Step 3

Mash the cranberries with sugar, mix with grated cheese, and pour over the rolls.
