Ingredients
- Pork Blood - 28.2 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 14.1 oz
- Cheese Spread - 5.3 oz
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Lemon-Pepper Mix - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into portion-sized pieces about the size of a palm and 1 cm thick.
Step 2
Tenderize each piece.

Chop the champignon mushrooms randomly, sauté in vegetable oil for 7–10 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Slice the onion into rings.
Step 5
Place the onion rings on a baking sheet lined with foil.
Step 6
Lay the meat on top of the onion.
Step 7
Season with salt.
Step 8
Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.

Evenly distribute the mushrooms in a layer over the meat.

Top with grated cheese.

Cover with foil and bake in the oven for 40 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes for a golden cheese crust.
