Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 1.1 oz
- Pork Blood - 15.9 oz
- Spices - to taste
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Spanish onions - 1 head
- Bacon - 4 pieces
- Canned Peaches - 14.5 oz
- Dry White Wine - 2 fl oz
- Lime - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the pork into small strips and mix with flour and spices.
Step 2
Heat a skillet with half the oil and sauté the finely chopped onion, garlic, and bacon for 3-4 minutes over medium heat. Transfer to a plate.
Step 3
Reheat the skillet over high heat with the remaining oil and fry the pork for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Then add the onion mixture.
Step 4
Add the peach pieces, wine, lime juice, and zest, cover with a lid, and simmer for 5-8 minutes. Sprinkle with spices and serve with vegetables.
