Ingredients
- Pork Blood - 21.2 oz
- Canned Peaches - 7.1 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrot - 2 pieces
- Spiced Tomato Juice - 5 fl oz
- Malt Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Starch film - 1 tablespoon
- Ground coriander - ½ spoons
- Ground Dried Garlic - 1 tablespoon
- Grated Ginger Root - 1½ spoons
- Paprika - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 4 spoons
- Mild Chili Spice - ⅓ spoons
- Sesame bun - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Sweet Pepper - 2 pieces
- Soy Sauce - 6 teaspoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into medium-sized pieces and sauté in vegetable oil over high heat until a crust forms, adding salt during the process.
Step 2
Add the meat to the pan along with the onion, sliced into half-rings, and the carrot, cut into small sticks. Reduce the heat and sauté for about 5 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the bell pepper into medium slices and add it to the pork, sauté for 5–7 minutes.
Step 4
Add vinegar and spices to the soy sauce: coriander, garlic, ginger, paprika, and chili.
Step 5
Add the sauce and salt to the meat, stir, and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Step 6
Add sugar, tomato juice, cornstarch, and sesame seeds, then simmer for 5–7 minutes.
Step 7
Cut the peaches into medium-sized pieces, add them to the meat, and simmer for about 15 minutes.
