Ingredients
- Pork tenderloin - 17.6 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Cilantro - 3 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce - 4 tablespoons
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Canned Pineapple Chunks - ½ can
- Corn Starch - 1 tablespoon
- Apple Wine - 3 tablespoons

Step 1
Prepare the marinade: 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of wine, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, and cornstarch.
Step 2
Cut the pork into thin slices. Place the meat in the marinade for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3
Heat a skillet and pour in the oil. When the oil is hot, add the finely chopped garlic and sauté it, stirring constantly for 15 seconds.
Step 4
Add the pork to the skillet and fry it.
Step 5
Add the cilantro, soy sauce, and sugar. Leave on the heat for another 3-5 minutes.
Step 6
Before serving, arrange on a plate with pieces of pineapple.
