  • Salad Potatoes - 17.6 oz
  • Pork Blood - 17.6 oz
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Herbs - to taste
  • Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

You will need: a whole piece of pork, potatoes, garlic, herbs (dill, parsley, etc. to taste), onion, vegetable oil, ground pepper, salt.

Step 2

Stuff the piece of pork with chopped garlic. In a small bowl, mix chopped herbs with vegetable oil, pressed garlic, and salt; set aside part of the mixture, and use the rest to coat the piece of meat on all sides. Let it marinate in the fridge for a couple of hours.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, mix the potatoes cut into not too large pieces with the remaining oil-garlic mixture and chopped onion.

Step 4

In a baking bag, place the piece of pork in the center and surround it with the potatoes. Make several holes in the top of the bag with a needle, tie the edges, and cook at 374°F for 75–90 minutes depending on the size of the meat piece until done. Before serving, slice the meat into portions and garnish with potatoes.
