Ingredients
- Shrimp - 7.1 oz
- Pork tenderloin - 14.1 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Rice Noodles - 10.6 oz
- Leek - 1 piece
- Scallions - 1 piece
- Canned Corn - 3.5 oz
- Broccoli - 5.3 oz
- Soy Sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Toasted Sesame - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
- Sesame Oil - 0 fl oz
- Cilantro - 1 bunch
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk them until smooth.
Step 2
Place the rice noodles in a pot filled with boiling water to cook. Cook until done, then rinse with cold water.
Step 3
Peel the cocktail shrimp.
Step 4
Slice the leek into strips, break the broccoli into florets, wash the herbs, and chop them roughly.
Step 5
In a wok, add vegetable oil and sauté the meat. Then remove it and place it on a rack to drain excess fat.
Step 6
In the same oil, sauté the broccoli and onion for 2–3 minutes. Add the corn and shrimp, pour in the eggs, and mix everything together.
Step 7
Add the cooked meat, boiled noodles, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the vegetables. Mix well, then add the cilantro, green onion, and sesame seeds.
Step 8
For added spice, you can include hot pepper and curry.
Step 9
Serve the finished noodles on plates and enjoy.
