- Strawberry - 8.8 oz
- Pork Blood - 4 pieces
- Balsamic Vinegar - 2 fl oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Chicken Broth - 2 fl oz

Preheat the oven to 392°F.

Cut the strawberries in half, place them in a bowl with vinegar and sugar, and let sit for 15 minutes.

Season the pork with pepper and salt. Heat the olive oil in a skillet. Once hot, sear the pork until golden brown on both sides. Transfer to the oven and cook for 10 minutes. Transfer to a plate, cover, and let rest for 5 minutes.

Place the skillet over medium heat, add the broth. Bring to a boil, add the strawberries, then reduce the heat and warm them through. Season with salt and pepper.
