- Salad Potatoes - 21.2 oz
- Cheese Spread - 10.6 oz
- Pork Blood - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Mayonnaise - 4 tablespoons
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Milk - 4 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the large potatoes and slice them into rounds. Also slice the peeled carrot and onion. Cut the pork into random pieces. Fry the pork in heated oil until golden brown, then transfer it to a plate.
Step 2
In the oil left from the meat, place the potatoes and fry until golden brown.
Step 3
In a heatproof dish, layer the potatoes and drizzle with a sauce made from mayonnaise mixed with 4 tablespoons of water or milk. Add the meat, mix well. Then add the vegetables and sprinkle cheese on top. Cover with a lid and place in the oven at medium temperature for 15 minutes.
