Ingredients
- Pork Blood - 17.6 oz
- Red Grape Juice - ½ cup
- Chicken Broth - 1 cup
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Celery salt - 1 stalk
- Wheat Flour - 0.4 oz
- Water - 1 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the meat, dry it, cut it into small pieces, and fry it over high heat until a golden crust forms.
Step 2
Slice the onion into half rings, the carrot into rounds, and the celery into small cubes. Add the vegetables to the meat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the pepper into strips, finely chop the garlic, add everything to the meat, and simmer for another 3 minutes.
Step 4
Pour the wine into the skillet and simmer for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Add the broth and simmer for another 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
For thickness, you can add a tablespoon of flour diluted in three tablespoons of cold water. Stir it into the meat continuously until the sauce thickens.
