- Champignons - 10.6 oz
- Pork tenderloin - 14.1 oz
- Sweet Pepper - 3.5 oz
- Tomatoes - 3.5 oz
- 10% cream - 5 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- White Pepper (whole) - to taste
- Olive Oil - 3 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Take the pork and cut it into cubes, about one inch by one inch.
Step 2
Heat a skillet and pour in 50 ml of olive oil. Add the pork to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sear the meat for 15 minutes.
Step 3
While the meat is frying, roughly chop the mushrooms, dice the tomato, and slice the sweet bell pepper into long, thin strips.
Step 4
After frying the pork for 15 minutes, pour out the juices or fat from the skillet. Add 50 ml of olive oil and all the vegetables to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sauté for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
After sautéing the vegetables and meat, add cream and water until the vegetables and meat are submerged in the liquid by two-thirds. Simmer for 15–20 minutes, ensuring that the mixture of cream and water does not completely evaporate.
